2. The Contests

Wizcart runs two contests: Ask a Pro and Best Pet Costume (each a "Contest," together the "Contests"). Each has its own entries and its own draw. You may enter one or both.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 or older, live in Calgary, Alberta and follow Wizcart on at least one of our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok. You must remain a follower through the draw date. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Wizcart and its affiliates, anyone involved in administering the Contests, and their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Contest Period

Entries open 13th October 2026 at 00:01 Hours MDT and close October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MDT (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period are void. Wizcart's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter

Ask a Pro: Submit your question by commenting on any Ask a Pro contest post, sending us a direct message, or posting a video that tags Wizcart and includes your question. Questions must relate to junk removal, beauty, salon or pet care services that Wizcart offers.

Best Pet Costume: Post a photo or video of your pet in a Halloween costume and tag Wizcart. The post must be public so we can verify your entry.

Entry is free. Limit one entry per person per Contest. Entries that are incomplete, contain false information, use multiple accounts, or are created by automated means are void.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are chosen by random draw from all eligible entries in each Contest, using a random number generator, on or about November 3, 2026, in Calgary, Alberta. A written draw record is retained. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes

Ask a Pro: 1st Prize: Airpods 5, 2nd Prize: $100 in app credit, 3rd Prize: $50 in app credit

Best Pet Costume: 1st prize: $200 in app credit, 1st and 2nd runner up: $50 in app credit.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Wizcart may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Notification and Announcement

Selected entrants will be contacted within two (2) business days of the draw. Each winner must respond, provide proof of eligibility, and sign a declaration and release within five (5) business days of first contact. Wizcart will make at least one follow-up attempt before forfeiture. A prize not claimed in time is forfeited and an alternate may be drawn. Winners will be announced on November 5, 2026 on Wizcart's social media platforms. To request the winners list, email legal@wizcart.com after November 5, 2026.

9. Content and Publicity

By entering, you confirm that your entry is your original work or that you have permission to use it. You confirm that you have permission from every identifiable person in your content, including any children, and from the pet's owner if that is not you. Your entry must not infringe anyone's rights. Entries must not contain nudity, violence, hateful or harassing content, or anything unlawful. By entering, you grant Wizcart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, repost, and promote your entry on our social media channels and in our marketing for 12 months, with credit to your handle. Winners also consent to Wizcart using their first name and city in Contest announcements. Wizcart may remove any entry that breaks these Rules. Wizcart is not required to answer every Ask a Pro question, and answers may be given in a post or video.

10. Privacy

Wizcart collects your name, handle, contact details, and entry content to run the Contests, contact winners, and publish results. Our Privacy Policy applies. Some service providers may be located outside Canada. Written information about our practices is available from privacy@wizcart.com. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and can be withdrawn at any time. Entry records of non-winners are deleted within ninety (90) days after the draw.

11. General Conditions

Wizcart may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Contests, violates these Rules, or acts fraudulently or in bad faith. Wizcart may cancel, suspend, or modify a Contest if fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond its reasonable control affects fair administration. Where reasonably possible, prizes already offered will still be awarded. Wizcart's decisions on eligibility, entries, and administration are final. If these Rules conflict with any advertisement or page copy, these Rules govern. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. By entering, you accept these Rules and release Wizcart, its affiliates, and its administrators from liability for any loss or damage arising from the Contests or the use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

12. Not Sponsored by Platforms

These Contests are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release those platforms and their affiliates from any liability connected with the Contests. You provide your information to Wizcart, not to the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
