Communications and Contact Policy

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Owner: Wizcart Technologies Incorporated

This Communications and Contact Policy is issued by WIZCART TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, a British Columbia corporation (corporation number BC1541387, incorporated 27 May 2025 under the BC Business Corporations Act) extra-provincially registered to carry on business in Alberta (Alberta corporate access number 2128144090) ("Wizcart", "we", "us", or "our"). Wizcart operates the Wizcart technology marketplace platform in Canada. Public legal notices, operational correspondence, and mailing communications may be sent to Wizcart at 903 8 Ave SW Office - 931, Calgary, AB T2P 0P7, Canada.

This Policy explains how Wizcart communicates with Users and Service Providers by telephone, SMS text message, email, push notification, in-app message, and automated voice message; how Wizcart asks for and records consent; the quiet hours Wizcart observes for marketing communications; how to make a do-not-call or unsubscribe request; and how telephone call recording is disclosed and handled. This Policy is incorporated into the User Terms of Use and the Service Provider Terms of Use and supplements the Privacy Policy. In this Policy, "you" means a User or a Service Provider.

1. Scope and Channels

This Policy applies to communications that Wizcart, its personnel, and its authorized service providers send or place to you in connection with the Platform, through any of the following channels: live telephone calls, automated voice messages, SMS text messages, email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

This Policy does not govern communications between Users and Service Providers about bookings, which are addressed in the applicable Terms of Use, and it does not govern cookies or advertising technologies, which are addressed in the Cookie and Tracking Policy.

2. Account, Transactional, and Safety Communications

Wizcart sends account, transactional, and safety communications to operate the Platform. These include: identity verification messages, including one-time verification codes; account setup, onboarding, verification, and document follow-ups; booking, scheduling, payment, payout, refund, and tax communications; incentive, bonus, and referral program communications for programs you are enrolled in, including deadline reminders; security, fraud-prevention, and safety alerts; service, policy, and legal notices; and responses to inquiries you submit.

These communications are not marketing. They are necessary to operate, secure, and administer your account and your bookings, and Wizcart may send them through the contact channels you have provided without separate marketing consent. They are not subject to the marketing quiet hours in Section 4, although Wizcart keeps them to reasonable times and frequencies where practicable.

Where a channel choice exists, you can manage it in your account communication settings. Because some account and safety communications are necessary to operate your account, opting out of all of them is not possible while your account remains open. If you no longer wish to receive necessary account communications, contact support@wizcart.com to discuss the available alternatives, which may include closing your account. You may withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal and contractual limits.

3. Marketing Communications and Consent

Marketing communications include promotional offers, discounts, campaign and incentive announcements, referral program invitations, new-service announcements, and surveys that contain promotional content.

Wizcart asks for your express consent to marketing communications separately from your acceptance of the Terms of Use, for example through an optional choice at registration or in your account communication settings. Marketing consent is optional, is never a pre-checked box, and is never a condition of using the Platform. Accepting the Terms of Use or this Policy is not consent to marketing. Where the law recognizes implied consent, such as an existing business relationship under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, Wizcart may rely on it only within the periods the law allows.

Every marketing message identifies Wizcart, identifies any other party on whose behalf the message is sent, includes contact information, and includes a no-cost unsubscribe mechanism, such as replying STOP to a marketing SMS, an unsubscribe link in an email, or a setting for push notifications. Wizcart gives effect to unsubscribe requests without delay and no later than ten (10) business days after receiving them. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your ability to use the Platform.

4. Quiet Hours for Marketing Communications

Wizcart initiates marketing communications, in every channel, only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekends, in your local time based on the contact information and region in your account. These hours match the calling hours in the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission's Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules for telemarketing calls, and Wizcart voluntarily applies them to marketing SMS, email, and push notifications as well. Where the law of your province imposes narrower hours, the narrower hours apply.

Quiet hours do not apply to the account, transactional, security, and safety communications described in Section 2, such as one-time verification codes, booking updates, or fraud alerts, which are sent when needed.

5. Telephone Calls and Telemarketing

Wizcart and its authorized service providers may call you for the account and operational purposes in Section 2 and, where permitted by law and this Policy, for marketing or Service Provider recruitment purposes.

On every call placed by or for Wizcart: the caller identifies themselves by name at the start of the call; the caller states that the call is made by or on behalf of Wizcart and states the purpose of the call; the displayed caller identification is a valid Wizcart telecommunications number that can be called back; and, on request, the caller provides a contact address and a local or toll-free telephone number for Wizcart.

Telemarketing calls comply with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission's Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules, including the National Do Not Call List rules where they apply. Wizcart registers with the National Do Not Call List operator, and for calls that require scrubbing against the National Do Not Call List, Wizcart uses a version of the list obtained no more than thirty-one (31) days before the call and does not place solicitation calls to registered numbers unless an exemption applies, such as your express consent or an existing business relationship with you. Under those rules, an existing business relationship generally arises from a purchase, lease, or written contract within the previous eighteen (18) months or from an inquiry or application within the previous six (6) months.

Calls to businesses follow the same identification, calling-hour, and internal do-not-call standards in this Policy even where the National Do Not Call List does not apply to them.

6. Automated Voice Messages

Wizcart may use automated or synthesized voice messages to deliver account reminders about your own account, bookings, or incentive program deadlines for programs you are enrolled in. Every automated voice message: begins by identifying Wizcart as the party on whose behalf the message is delivered and briefly states its purpose; provides an email or mailing address and a local or toll-free telephone number where you can reach Wizcart; is placed only within the hours in Section 4; and, where the message runs longer than sixty (60) seconds, repeats the identification information at the end of the message.

Wizcart does not use automated voice messages for solicitation or marketing unless you have given prior express consent that specifically covers automated voice calls to your telephone number. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Do-Not-Call and Opt-Out Requests

You may ask Wizcart not to call you at any time: during any call with a Wizcart representative, through your account communication settings where available, by emailing support@wizcart.com, or by calling +1 866-949-2278.

Wizcart adds your telephone number to its internal do-not-call list within fourteen (14) days of your request and keeps it on that list for at least three (3) years and fourteen (14) days, renewing it on any repeat request. Wizcart does not place marketing or recruitment calls to numbers on its internal do-not-call list, even where a legal exemption would otherwise allow the call.

A do-not-call request stops marketing and recruitment calls. It does not stop communications necessary for your account, security, safety, active bookings, or legal notices, and it does not by itself unsubscribe you from marketing in other channels. You can manage each channel in your account communication settings or by contacting support@wizcart.com.

You may also register your telephone number on Canada's National Do Not Call List at lnnte-dncl.gc.ca. Registration on the National Do Not Call List is permanent.

8. Telephone Call Recording

Calls between you and Wizcart or its authorized representatives, including onboarding, support, verification, and dispute-handling calls, may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and legal and regulatory compliance purposes.

You will be told at the beginning of a recorded call that the call may be recorded and why. If you continue the call after that notice, Wizcart treats your continued participation as consent to the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, say so at the start of the call: where feasible the representative will continue without recording, and otherwise Wizcart will offer an alternative way to complete the interaction, such as in-app messaging, email, or a written request.

You may request access to recordings of your own calls as described in the Privacy Policy by contacting privacy@wizcart.com. Call recordings are retained as described in the Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy, generally for up to twenty-four (24) months, and are accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers. Wizcart does not record calls without notice.

9. Who May Contact You

Communications under this Policy may be sent or placed by Wizcart personnel or by contracted service providers and affiliated support teams acting for Wizcart, including support personnel located outside Canada, in the United States or India, as described in the Privacy Policy's Cross-Border Processing section. These service providers are bound by written confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations. For information about Wizcart's use of service providers outside Canada and the safeguards that apply, contact the Privacy Officer at privacy@wizcart.com.

10. Complaints and Recourse

If you have a concern about a call or message from Wizcart, contact support@wizcart.com first, or use the channels in the Complaint and Feedback Policy. You may also complain about telemarketing calls to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission through the National Do Not Call List (lnnte-dncl.gc.ca), report commercial electronic messages to the Government of Canada's Spam Reporting Centre, or raise privacy concerns with Wizcart's Privacy Officer at privacy@wizcart.com and, if unresolved, with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

11. Relationship to Other Policies and Changes

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the User Terms of Use and the Service Provider Terms of Use. It supplements the Privacy Policy, the Cookie and Tracking Policy, and the Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy. If this Policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal requirement, the legal requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Wizcart may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated in accordance with the Versioning and Material Changes section of the Terms and Conditions Legal Hub, with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by in-app message and email where required.
